摘 要:自主设计了一种采用锥面密封与O型圈结合的锁紧机构密封件,该金属密封与非金属密封结合的双重密封设计方案具有可靠性高、温度补偿能力好、自紧效果好、所需预紧轴向力小等优点,同时考虑了安装之后的密封测试问题并提出了设计方案;根据锁紧机构的工作原理,提出了密封件预紧所需的轴向预紧公式;针对1500m水深、油气压力为5000psi的12英寸管道进行应用设计,对O型圈的安装和选型进行了设计,并利用有限元对设计的密封件进行分析,验证了方案的可行性和合理性,为今后样机设计提供了重要的理论依据。It designs a kind of taper seal of locking mechanism combined with the O-ring seal. The double seal design scheme combining metal seal with nonmetal sealing has the advantages of high reliability, good temperature compensation, good self- tightening effect, small axial pre-tightening force effect, etc. At the same time, it considers the seal test problem after installation and puts forward the design scheme. According to the working principle of the locking mechanism, it puts forward the formula of axial pre -tightening force as needed. Applicable design is carried on, as to the locking mechanism of the connector for 12 inch pipes connectors, which works in the condition of 1500 m depth of water, oil and gas pressure of 5000 psi, and the installation and the selection of the O-rings are designed. Through finite element analysis of the seal designed, the feasibility and rationality of this scheme is verified, which provides an important theoretical basis for the prototype design.
