摘  要:柱塞副是斜盘式轴向柱塞泵重要的摩擦副之一,在原有柱塞副受力分析基础上考虑了套筒的影响,建立了柱塞受力分析的数学模型,将柱塞副摩擦润滑状态看做边界摩擦,分析了柱塞转动时轴向摩擦力的变化,并得到了[P]、[PV]值得变化。针对配流副的摩擦性能采用剩余压紧力的方法计算分析了剩余压紧力、剩余压紧力系数和[P]的变化规律,以及发生磨损和"烧盘"的位置和原因。结果表明,柱塞各位置受力不均,前端大于后端,配流盘边缘易发生磨损和"烧盘"。Piswn pairs is one of the most important friction pairs of swash plate axial pistonpump, and the stress analysis of piston pairs considered the effect of bushing that based on the original analysis, established a mathematical model of stress analysis of the piston pairs, considered the lubrication of piston friction pairs as boundary friction, and analyzed the change of axial friction when piston rotate, and the change of [P], [PV]. In view of the friction performance of port plate pair calculated and analyzed the change of the remainder compressing pressure , the remainder compressing coefficient and [P] by using the method of remainder compresslng pressure, and the position and cause of the wear and "burn". The results show that, the stress of the piston is uneven at different position, the front is greater than the end, and the edge of the port plate pair is easy to wear and hum.
