摘  要:解决机动车辆路过路面减速装置大量能量被不必要的消耗,提出一种新型减速带发电的装置。利用车辆碾压减速带产生振动的能量,通过导向柱及磁棒的上下运动切割磁力线,来产生感应电流。并对电能的后续处理提出理论设想,即整流、控制、储存在蓄电池中,经逆变器供负载使用。在提出减速带结构后,重点对电能产生的过程及机理进行建模、分析、计算,从而得出单个减速带模块的发电效率,进而可以估算出该减速带模组的发电量。最后得出结论,虽然单个模块发电量不高,但24h不间断工作的优点,可产生较好的经济效益。To solve the disadvantage of plenty of energy wasted when crossing the speed controUing humps, it provides a new kind of electricity generating device through the humps, which transforms the vibration energy of vehicles to induced current through guide posts and rodlike magnetic up and down motiwttion. Then proposing a consumption of follow-up theory process about the power via rectification, controlling and storing energy in the battery, then under the inverter's function the power is used by electrical appliances load. After designing the speed controlling humps' construction, it emphasizes the process and theory of how do power generate and modeling, analysis, calculation, thereby finding a single bump module "s efficiency, then estimates the whole modules' power generating efficiency. At last, it makes a conclusion that although single module's efficiency is lower, but the cdvantage of all-day working is a merit, and it will make a better economic benefits.
