摘 要:针对机床关键部件动、静态特性分析和试验研究的问题,以某卧式加工中心的床身为研究对象,建立了该床身的三维模型,应用HyperMesh进行了网格划分,并进行了动、静态特性有限元分析。采用力锤激励法进行了模态试验,并用模态判定准则(MAC)验证了模态试验的正确性。对比有限元分析和试验结果,表明床身静刚度满足要求,抗破坏能力较高;床身前端为薄弱环节,其X、Y向比Z向薄弱,为后续的优化设计提供依据。According to the analysis of dynamic and static characteristics and experimental study of machine tool's key parts, it takes the bed of horizontal machining center as a research object, establishes a 3D model of the bed, then uses HyperMesh to mesh it. Lastly, analyzes it's dynamic and static characteristics. The modal test is obtained by using hammer-hitting method, with modal criterion (MAC), and the results of modal test is verified. With the comparison of the finite element analysis and test results, results show that the static stiffness meet the requirements and the capability of resisting damage is high; the weak part is the front of the bed and X & Y directions of the bed is weaker than Z direction, which provide the basis for follow-up optimal designing of the bed.
