摘　　要：液压螺旋差速器是卧式螺旋卸料过滤离心机的关键部件。通常的机械式差速器结构复杂、加工精度要求高,差转速唯一,液压螺旋差速器结构简单、传递扭矩大、差转速无级可调。根据卧式螺旋卸料过滤离心机的使用要求,进行了液压螺旋差速器的结构设计,确定了低转速大扭矩计算方法。对关键部件液压马达、放置联轴器和接管座进行了结构设计分析,同时,对液压螺旋差速器的液压与电子系统的控制与调节进行了分析设计。最后,通过试验分析,对具有液压螺旋差速器的卧式螺旋卸料过滤离心机特性进行了分析,确认了其使用性能。Hydraulic differential spiral are key components in horizontal spiral discharging filtering centrifuge. The usual mechanical differential structure complex processing accuracy requirement is high, differential speed being only, and big transmission torque hydraulic differential spiral structure is simple and differential speed adjustable and stepless. According to the horizontal screw discharge filtering centrifuges use requirement, it designs the hydraulic differential spiral structure, and the low speed high torque calculation method is determined. Key components of hydraulic rnator placed coupling and over are are analyzed in structural design, at the same time, the hydraulic differential spiral hydraulic and electronic systems of control and regulation is analyzed and designed. Finally, through the test analysis, hydraulic screw differential characteristics of horizontal screw unloading filtering centrifuge are analyzed and it confirmed its use perfoarmance.
