油气管道带压不停输折叠式封堵技术及设备的研究设计

摘　　要：管线采用带压封堵技术,可在不停输状态下进行维修改造施工。概述了带压不停输封堵技术的国内外技术现状,介绍了一种折叠式封堵系统的结构特点、基本原理、施工步骤。折叠式封堵器是带压不停输封堵系统的关键设备。设计的折叠式封堵器通过一个不等径孔把一个收折的折叠封堵头插入管道中并完全打开而临时堵塞一条管道内介质的流动。折叠式封堵器具有不需要开等径孔、并且只需调整封堵头相关部件位置就可封堵不同壁厚管线规格的优势。Pipelines use plugging technology with pressure that can maintenance and construction under the state of transportation. It summarizes the development status of plugging technology with pressure conveying both domestic and overseas. Introduced the structure feature and the working principles and the procedures of folding plugging system. The folding plugging machine is the system of key equipment. The folding plugging machine puts the plugging head into the pipe through a unequal diameter hole and fully opens to temporary block the flow of the medium. The folding plugging machine has advantages that it doesn＇t need equal diameter open hole and simply adjust to the position of blocking head-related components that can block different thickness pipeline specifications.
