摘  要:某新型可拆卸穿墙螺杆是一种锥形细长轴类零件,针对此类零件采用车削生产效率低且浪费材料的问题,研究了采用三辊楔横轧生产的可行性。利用刚塑性有限元软件DEFORM对锥形细长轴三辊楔横轧制过程进行了模拟。分析了组合轴在轧制过程中的应力场、应变场、速度场和位移场。研究了展宽角、成形角以及轧件直径对轧制力能参数的影响规律,结果表明楔数和坯料直径影响较大。在楔数一定的情况下,毛坯直径是主要因素,展宽角次之,成形角对力能参数的影响最小。The research object is a new type removable wall screw which is a slender conical shaft parts. Such parts are processed by cutting prodnction. But, this method production efficiency is low and waste materials. It studies the feasibility of using three-roll cross wedge rolling production. The three-roll cross wedge rolling process of slender conical shaft is simulated using finite element software DEFORM. The stress field, strain field, displacement field and velocity field in the rolling process of composite shaft was analyzed. The influence law of broadening angle, forming angle and rolled piece diameter to the rolling farce had been studied. The results show that wedge number and billet diameter has the greatest effect. If the wedge for certain, blank diameter are the main factors, the second is broadening angle. The affect of forming angle is the minimum.
