两侧性迁移对提高大学生乒乓球技能的研究

摘　　要：以安庆师范学院非体育院系学生为研究对象,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法以及教学实验法等研究方法,探讨在大学体育的乒乓球教学中利用两侧性技能迁移规律对大学生两侧技能迁移的效果.在严格控制实验条件的前提下,对实验组与对照组进行教学实验对比研究,实验结果表明:实验组的推挡、搓球、正手攻球成绩比对照组分别高出24.8%、12.6%、8.8%,经T值检验,两组呈显著性差异;可以说明采用两侧性迁移的规律进行乒乓球技能教学,支持了非优势侧能对优势侧产生正迁移的理论,从而有效地促进了乒乓球运动技能的掌握和运动水平的提高.Through the methods of literature study, expert interview and teaching experiment, this paper discusses the effects of bilateral transfer on improving table tennis skills of students in Anqing Teachers’ College.Under the strict designed experiment situation, teaching contrast tests of two groups,experiment and control were performed. The experimental group got higher scores than the control group in basic skills.The percentage of push-block, forehand attack and chopping is 24.8%, 12.6% and 8.8% respectively.There were significant statistic differences by t-test.Using bilateral transfer training method in table tennis, that can make the students grasp the sports skill more rapidly and improve athletic performance in table tennis.
