摘　　要：介绍了开源内容管理系统(CMS)joomla,概述了辽宁省地震局网站架构,并对joomla系统的配置以及二次开发进行了叙述,最后给出构建的辽宁省地震局网站展示。This article prensents the （ CMS ） joomla content management system of Kaiyuan , summarizes the website structure of Liaoning earthquake administration, and also makes a statement of the configuration of joomla system and secondary development. At last the presentation of Liaoning earthquake administration website is showed.
