摘　　要：地震前兆台网产品产出工作尤为重要,我们必须努力提高监测产品的服务水平,形成专业化产品体系,才能满足经济社会发展和社会公众对防震减灾的迫切需求。本文以天津地震前兆台网为例,介绍了产品产出环节中"监控日报、运行值班、月报评阅、报告产出、图形产出"的动态管理思路,以管理创新推动产品产出工作的发展。Product output work of seismic precursor network is particularly important. We must strive to improve the level of service of monitoring products, to form specialized product system, to meet the economic and social development and the public on the urgent needs of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. Taking Tianjin seismic precursor network as an example, it describes the idea of dynamic management of product production link such as monitoring daily report, running duty, monthly report review, report output, graph output, promotes the development of product output work through management innovation.
