摘　　要：随着司法改革的推进,案件的量刑问题逐渐成为社会公众关注的焦点,同案是否同判、量刑是否公正等成为人们衡量司法是否公正的简易标准,然而检察机关传统的审判监督方式仍侧重于案件的定罪监督,在量刑方面却较少涉足。量刑监督问题成为目前检察工作中的一个热点和难点问题,量刑监督基本理论问题的探讨,对检察机关开展量刑监督工作具有重要意义。With the advance of judicial reform,the issue of the case has become the focus of attentionof the public,whether the sentence,sentencing justice case become people measure a simple standardjudicial justice.However,conviction and supervision supervision trial procuratorial organs traditional stillfocus on cases,rarely involved in sentencing.The problem of sentencing supervision become presentprocuratorial work in a hot and difficult problem,discusses the basic theory of sentencing supervision,hasthe vital significance to the supervision of procuratorial organs.
