铁镍钴玻封合金冷带表面微裂纹成因及开裂行为分析

摘  要:1.5mm厚的铁镍钴玻封合金冷带在单层镀银后冷轧至0.2mm时,发现材料非镀银层表面有分布不均且形态不规则的细小裂纹。通过用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察分析认为,系由材料表面残留的内层氧化所致。这些残留在材料表面的氧化皮在冷轧时被压人基体中并形成类似“机械混合物”的第二相。在冷轧过程中,基体相的滑移变形遇到氧化物相时受到阻碍,出现扭折现象。扭折导致了样品表面的开裂,从而形成表面的微裂纹。The FeNiCo alloy sheet with 1.5mm thick was cold rolled to 0.2mm after plat- ing argentine on one surface, and irregular shaped micro-crack were found unevenly distribu- ted in the non-plating surface. The metallographic result showed that the crack was due to the residual oxide in the strip instead of the plating process. The residual oxide coating on the alloy surface was pressed into the body of the alloy during the cold rolling and formed the second phase, one kind of mechanical mixture of the oxide and the alloy. During the cold rolling, the slippage was blocked by the mechanical mixture and cause the kink band which lead to the crack in the alloy surface.
