摘　　要：物流已成为国民经济的一个产业部门,其作用已经被越来越多的人所重视。但从我国物流产业的发展现状及国际间的比较可以看出,我国物流有效需求严重不足,物流外包更是发展缓慢。显然,从技术效率的角度很难解释这个问题。文章介绍了我国关于物流交易的研究,并提出中国物流研究所存在的问题及应优先解决的问题,以期加快全国物流资源的整合,促进我国物流管理体制的市场化改革。Dogistics has become an important industrial department in national economy, on which has heen taken more and more emphasis. Compared with the international cotemporaries, the logistics in China has great deficiem：y in effective demand with the slow development of logistics outsourcing. It is not clear how to explain from the technical efficiency. This paper intruduce tile study of logistics trading in China, and point out the defect. The aim is to accelerate the integration of logistics resource and to facilitate the chinese market-based reform in system of logistics organization.
