卡维地洛联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究卡维地洛联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果。方法选取2012年1月—2013年1月我院心内科收治的CHF患者80例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组采用卡维地洛联合厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组疗效和超声心动图指标,包括左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%(38/40),高于对照组的80.0%(32/40)(χ2=4.114,P=0.040)。治疗组LVEDD和LVESD均低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对CHF患者在厄贝沙坦治疗基础上给予卡维地洛,能够显著提高疗效,改善患者症状体征和心功能指标。Objective To study the effect of Carvedilol combined with Irbesartan on chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods 80 patients with CHF admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 40 cases. Treatment group was given Carvedilol combined with Irbesartan, control group was given Irbesartan. The effect and LVEDD, LVESD, LVEF between two groups were compared. Results The total effi- ciency of treatment group was 95.0% （38/40）, was higher than that of control group of 80.0% （32/40） （ X2 =4. 114, P = 0. 040）. The LVEDD and LVESD in treatment group were lower than those of control group, LVEF was higher （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Carvedilol combined with Irbesartan in treating patients with CHF can significantly enhance effect, improve symp- toms and cardiac function.
