摘　　要：目的 :比较塞利洛尔与阿替洛尔治疗高血压病的疗效与不良反应。方法 :应用随机单盲法分为塞利洛尔组 4 0例 (男性 2 5例 ,女性 15例 ,年龄54a±s8a)采用塞利洛尔 10 0～ 4 0 0mg ,po ,qm(早餐后顿服 )× 6wk ;阿替洛尔组 4 0例 (男性 2 3例 ,女性 17例 ,年龄 54a± 7a)采用阿替洛尔 2 5～ 10 0mg ,po ,qm(早餐后顿服 )× 6wk。结果 :治疗 6wk后塞利洛尔组总有效率为 97% ,阿替洛尔组总有效率为 96% (P >0 .0 5) ;2组均于治疗 2wk后血压开始有显著下降 (P <0 .0 5) ;2组组间差别无显著意义(P >0 .0 5)。2组不良反应均轻微。结论 :塞利洛尔与阿替洛尔均为安全。AIM: To compare the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of celiprolol and atenolol in treating hypertension. METHODS: By means of randomized single blind comparison, celiprolol group of 40 patients (M25, F15; age 54 a± s 8 a) received celiprolol 100-400 mg, po, qm (after breakfast) for 6 wk; atenolol group of 40 patients (M23, F17; age 54 a±7 a) received atenolol 25-100 mg, po , qm (after breakfast) for 6 wk. RESULTS: After 6 wk of treatment, the total effective rate was 97% and 96% respectively in celiprolol group and atenolol group. There were no statistical differences between two groups. The blood pressure (BP) began to decrease significantly after 2 wk treatment is both groups ( P <0.05), but there were no statistical differences between two groups ( P >0.05). The adverse reactions of the two groups were mild. CONCLUSION: Celiprolol and atenolol are all effective and safe drugs in treating hypertension.
