摘  要:目的探索整合相关科研理论依据改进社区戒烟教育模式的应用效果。方法选取2010年3—5月安阳市5个行政区10个社区中>15岁男性常住居民100例,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组进行"社区动员-政策开发-群众参与的社区预防吸烟健康教育推广"模式戒烟教育,试验组在对照组基础上开展整合吸烟相关理论依据系列内容教育,6个月后,比较两组吸烟有害健康的认知与态度。结果两组癌症发病率、鼾症加重、认为被动吸烟有害健康、支持公共场所无烟方面所占比例,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组受试者认为吸烟严重危害健康、导致呼吸道感染、被动吸烟诱发哮喘、低焦油烟危害并不降低、吸烟成瘾是慢性病、戒烟对健康意义重大、希望得到戒烟帮助等方面所占比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过整合吸烟、戒烟相关理论依据改进社区戒烟教育模式可以被社区居民接受,而且可以有效提高吸烟者对吸烟有害健康的认知与态度正确率。Objective To explore the application of improving community education mode based on smoking related theory. Methods 100 cases who had the intention to quit smoking in Anyang from March to May 2010 were randomly divided in- to groups control and test, each of 50 cases. Control group was taken " community education mobilization- policy development - the masses to participate in the community" mode, test group was taken smoking related theory on basis of control group. After 6 months, the cognition and attitude between two groups were compared. Results The incidence of cancer, aggravate snoring, passive smoking is harmful to health, support for smoke - free public between two groups showed no significant differences (P 〉 0. 05); the proportion of serious health hazards of smoking, cause respiratory infections, passive smoking induced asthma, smoke low tar didn't reduce harm, smoking addiction is a chronic disease, quit smoking for health significance, get help to quit in test group were higher than those of control group (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Improving community education mode based on smoking related theory can be easily accepted by residents, and can effectively improve the cognition and attitude of smokers.
