成人右位心合并两腔心畸形一例

摘　　要：两腔心是一种极罕见的先天性心脏病,以共同房室瓣连接单心房和单心室为特征,多数患者于出生后数周至数月内夭折,甚至胎儿期即发生死亡流产,极少数活至成年,而右位心合并两腔心畸形更为罕见。本文报道了1例成人右位心合并两腔心畸形患者经超声心动图诊断的过程,加强临床对该病的进一步认识。The cor biloculare, a two - chambered heart, is a rare congenital anomaly of the heart. It＇s characterized by a single or common atrium communicating with a single or common ventricle by a single atrioventricular valve. Most patients with eor biloeulare die within several weeks after they were born or even in fetal period, and very few survivors could grow up to adult. In this article, we report an adult case with dextroeardia and cor biloculare who was diagnosed by eehocardiography and has survived to 44 - year - old of life. It will promote the understanding of the disease in clinic.
