摘　　要：随着辅助生殖技术的进展 ,卵细胞质内注入精子术已成为当今治疗男性不育的首选方法。从附睾或睾丸获取精子是这一技术中的重要步骤。With the rapid progress of assisted reproductive technology, the intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is becoming the principal way in treatment of infertility. It is an important step to acquire sperm from testis or epididymal. This review summarizes several specialized procedures for the acquisition of sperm and their clinical application.
