摘　　要：目的：探讨心理干预对烧伤患儿心理行为障碍的影响。方法对108例烧伤患儿于入院时采用症状自评量表评定其心理行为障碍状况，并根据评定结果予以有针对性的心理干预，于心理干预后再次进行评定分析。结果心理干预后烧伤患儿症状自评量表抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执因子分及阳性症状总分均较心理干预前显著降低（P＜0．01）。结论心理干预能有效改善烧伤患儿的心理行为问题，提高患儿的心理承受能力和心理健康水平，对促进患儿的全面康复具有重要作用。Objective To explore the impact of psychological intervention on psychological and behavioral disorders in children with burn .Methods Psychological and behavioral disorders were assessed with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） in 108 children with burn at admission ,purposeful psychological inter-ventions given to them according to evaluation results ,assessments again carried out after psychological in-tervention ,Results After psychological intervention depression , anxiety , hostility , phobia , paranoid score of the SCL-90 lowered more significantly compared with pre-intervention （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve psychological and behavioral problems burn children , raise their psychological bearing capability and mental health level ,and plays an important role in promo-ting comprehensive rehabilitation .
