摘 要:分别用激光粒度仪、ζ电位仪、扫描电镜以及红外扫描动态稳定测试仪分析了四氧化三锰、重晶石、铁矿粉的粒度分布、表面电性、微观形状以及动力稳定性,对这3种加重材料单独加重及复配加重形成的高密度钻井液的性能进行了评价。结果表明:四氧化三锰颗粒小、呈球形、表面活性高、沉降速率小,加重形成的高密度钻井液表现出良好的流变性、沉降稳定性和润滑性;但高温高压滤失量增大,可以通过优选架桥粒子及降滤失剂得到一定程度的控制;与传统加重剂复配,在一定程度上可以弥补传统高密度加重材料的缺陷。综合考虑高密度钻井液性能,四氧化三锰是高密度钻井液理想的加重材料。The grain size distribution,the surface electric behavior,the microscopic shape and the dynamic stability of three drilling fluid weighting agents of manganese tetroxide,barite and iron ore powder are measured respectively using laser particle size analyzer,ζ potential analyzer,SEM and infrared scanning dynamic stability tester,and the performance of the high-density drilling fluids weighted separately using these three weighting agents and by their compounding is evaluated. The results show that: manganese tetroxide particle is spherical,and of smaller size,higher surface activity and lower sedimentation rate,the high-density drilling fluid weighted by it is of better rheological property,sedimentation stability and lubricity than barite and iron ore powder. But it is of greater filtration loss at high temperature and pressure,which can be controlled by optimizing bridging particles and filtration reducer. The high-density drilling fluid weighted by manganese tetroxide is of better comprehensive performance. Compounding manganese tetroxide with traditional weighting materials can overcome the defects of conventional weighting materials in some degree and improve the performance of highdensity drilling fluid. So manganese tetroxide is an ideal weighting material for high-density drilling fluid.
