摘　　要：青年馆员是高校图书馆的宝贵财富,青年人才队伍建设是高校图书馆可持续发展的有力保障。思想政治工作者必须把握现代青年的行为特点与思想走向,从而建立符合高校图书馆实情的青年馆员思想政治教育体系。Young librarians are valuable wealth for university library, and young talent team construction is powerful guarantee for the sustainable development of library. The ideological and political workers must grasp modern youth＇s behavior characteristics and ideological trend, so as to establish the ideological and political education system of young librarians in accordance with university library practice.
