摘　　要：随着网络的高速发展,越来越多的高校大学生不能正确认识和使用网络,因为迷恋网络而丧失了学习的兴趣,成为了中度或重度网瘾患者,导致了考试不及格、留级甚至退学,严重影响了个人人生的发展,为家庭也带来了巨大的负担。本文基于马斯洛人的需求理论,从深层次剖析了大学生网络成瘾的内在原因,分析了社会、高校、家庭等外在因素对学生的不利影响,并且为高校大学生戒除网瘾这一系统性工程提出了行之有效的解决方案。With the rapid development of network, more and more college students cannot understand and use the network correctly, and become moderate or severe addiction patients because of being obsessed with the network. They lose interest in learning, then lead to fail in exams, repetition and even drop out, which seriously affect the development of personal life and also bring a huge burden to the family. This paper deeply analyzed the underlying causes of internet addiction based on Maslow＇s Theory of human needs, and introduced the adverse impacts of the social, university and family on students. In the end, systematic effective solutions on how to abstain the internet addiction of college students were proposed.
