摘 要:在不同升温速率条件下研究气卸蒙古煤在氧气中的燃烧行为,得出燃烧过程的动力学方程和动力学参数.用等转化率法求得其在氧气中燃烧的活化能为199.81kJ·mol-1;用主曲线法确定燃烧过程的最可几机理函数的积分式为G(α)=[-ln(1-α)]m,m=1.29±0.02,由Ea和G(α)求得指前因子lnA/s-1为29.95±0.04.另外,根据煤的燃烧特性指数R的大小,得出升温速率越小,R值越大,则气卸蒙古煤的燃烧特性愈好;在实验范围内煤粒径尺寸越小越容易燃烧.The burning behavior of Qixie Mongolia coal were studied under non-isothermal conditions by thermogravimetry (TG) technique in O2 .The iterative iso-conversional method was applied to calculate the activation energy Ea of burning ,the most probable mechanism function G(α) was determined by means of the master plots method .The pre-exponential factor A was obtained on the basis of Ea and G (α) .In O2 ,the kinetic parameters (Ea and ln A ) of burning are given as : Ea = 199.81kJ ? mol - 1 ,ln (A /s - 1 )= 29.95 ± 0.04 .The mechanism function of the burning was G(α)= [ - ln(1 - α)] m ,m= 1.29 ± 0.02 .In addition ,the influence of particle size on the combustion of coal were also studied .It was found that the smaller of particle size ,the better of the combustion characteristics .When the heating rate of the Qixie Mongolia coal is lower ,the R is bigger ,and the combustion characteristic is better .
