麻醉恢复室责任护士病情交接“十知道”的创建与实施

摘　　要：目的：探讨创建麻醉恢复室责任护士病情交接“十知道”，及其实施效果。方法结合麻醉恢复室专业特点，参考临床责任护士“九知道”的模式，制定“十知道”，即姓名、年龄、诊断、手术名称、麻醉方式、麻醉维持用药、术中特殊情况、气道情况、过敏史、术前合并症。观察其在2013年4-11月的实施效果。结果“十知道”缩短了护士进行病情交接的时间，由原来的4～5 min缩至了2 min；同时节约了PACU医嘱下达的时间，由之前的0.5～2.0 min降至0.2～1.0 min。结论麻醉恢复室责任护士病情交接“十知道”，规范了内容，便于护士记忆，节约间接护理时间，缩短医生下达医嘱时间，明显提高了医护的工作效率。Objective To investigate the effects of Ten Do ’ s during patients ’ handover for nurses in post anesthesia care unit （PACU）. Methods Ten Do’ s were set up based on Nine Do’ s for clinic nurses and the special character of post anesthesia care unit. Ten Do’s included patients’ name, age, diagnosis, operation, anesthesia style, maintenance anesthetics, special circumstances during operation, airway, allergic history and complications before the operation. The effects of the practice of Ten Do ’ s were investigated from April to November 2013. Results The time of patients’ handover was shortened from 4~5min to 2min after the practice. The time of making medical order was also decreased from 0.5~2.0 min to 0.2~1.0 min. Conclusion Ten Do’s which is easy for nurses to remember standardizes the process of patients ’ handover, and shortens the care time and the time of making medical order. With this Ten Do’s, doctor’s and nurses’ efficiency are greatly improved.
