萎缩性阴道炎的临床观察及阴道需氧菌菌群研究

摘　　要：收集萎缩性阴道炎病人 5 0例、绝经前健康妇女 2 0例和绝经后阴道萎缩妇女 2 0例 ,进行临床观察和阴道需氧菌培养。萎缩性阴道炎妇女的症状以阴道瘙痒疼痛多见 ,阴道 p H值明显高于绝经前妇女 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,共分离出 6 5株细菌 ,分离率由高到低依次是大肠埃希氏菌 (2 6 % )、表皮葡萄球菌 (18% )、粪链球菌 (14% )和绿色链球菌 (12 % ) ;大肠埃希氏菌的分离率明显高于绝经前对照组 ,其余各菌群与另外两组比较无明显差别。Objective: To study vaginal aerobic microflora in atrophic vaginitis patient.Methods: Fifty postmenopausal patients with atrophic vaginitis,20 postmenopausal women of vaginal atrophy without any signs of vaginitis of and 20 pre menopausal healthy women were enrolled in the study.Results: The vaginal pH value of atrophic vaginitis patients was significantly higher than the pH value of pre menopausal women.In atrophic vaginitis group,there were totally 65 strains of aerobic bacteria isolated.The isolation rates of aerobic bacteria were 26%,18%,14%and 12% in escherichia coli ,staphylococcus epidermidis,enterococcus and green streptococcus respectively.The escherichia coli was more common in atrophic vaginitis group than in pre menopausal healthy group.There were no significantly differences in other bacteria among the three groups.Conclusion:The result indicated that the aerobic bacteria(except escherichia coli)isolated from the cultures in atrophic vaginitis patients were similar with the vaginal microflora of pre menopausal women.The escherichia coli might play a role in atrophic vaginitis.
