摘　　要：皮带秤是安装在皮带输送机的适当电子位置上,对散状物料自动进行快速、连续、累计称量的计量器具。当前,我公司计量皮带秤主要分布在原料厂、烧结厂、焦化厂、炼铁厂。电子皮带秤的计量准确度高低关系着公司铁前物料成本消耗的考核与结算,因此做好电子皮带秤的日常维护校准工作显得尤为重要。下面结合本人多年来从事皮带秤维护检定工作,浅谈实物校验装置在韶钢焦化C206电子皮带秤日常校验中的应用及效果。Belt weigher is installed in the appropriate position on the belt conveyor, automatic measuring instruments, rapid,continuous cumulative weighing of bulk material. At present, our company metering belt scale is mainly distributed in the raw material factory, sintering,coking plant, iron making plant of belt weigher. Metering belt scale measurement accuracy affects the appraisal and Clearing Company before iron material costs, so do a metering belt balance daily maintenance and calibration work is particularly important. The following author for many years engaged in electronic scale maintenance test,application and effect of real check device in Shao Steel C206 metering belt scale daily check.
