摘　　要：应用GB/T 21714.2-2008/IEC 62305-2:2006,结合重庆轨道交通三号线所在地闪电相关资料,对重庆轨道交通三号线采取防雷保护措施前后人员生命损失风险和经济价值损失风险进行评估计算。评估结果显示,采取了有效雷电防护措施后,人员生命损失风险减少了97.84%,经济价值损失风险减少98.01%。自重庆轨道交通三号线实际运行以来,未发生雷电灾害事故,表明采取的防雷措施有效地降低了雷电灾害风险。Combined with GB/T 21714. 2-2008/IEC 62305-2：2006 and lightning data of line NO.3 of Chongqing rail transit, the risk of human life loss and economic loss were assessed and calculated before and after being taken lightning protection measures to line NO.3 of Chongqing rail transit line NO.3. The results show that the human life loss reduced by 97.84% and the economic loss reduced by 98.01 % after adopting effective lightning protection measures. Since the actual operation of Chongqing rail transit line NO.3. That lightning disaster has never happened showed lightning protection measures effectively reduced the risk of lightning disaster.
