摘　　要：报道1例重度骨质疏松症患者因全身疼痛、多次骨折被误诊为"转移性骨肿瘤"。临床骨质疏松症的正确诊断和有效治疗应遵照"原发性骨质疏松诊治指南(2011年)"。Osteoporosis is common in clinical , but many patients coming to hospital were not really osteoporosis . We report a case with severe osteoporosis with generalized pain , frequent fractures , who was misdiagnosed as metastatic tumors.Through the analysis of this case , we emphasized that the diagnostics and therapy of osteoporosis should be fol-lowed “the guidelines of primary osteoporosis diagnosis and treatment （2011）” in clinical.
