摘　　要：骨质疏松已成为老龄化社会的重要问题且备受关注。为了探索骨质疏松发生机制及寻找治疗手段,不仅需要成熟的骨质疏松动物模型,同时需要正确且全面的评价指标。本文就各种评价指标及其优缺点进行综述。With the advent of an aging society , osteoporosis has become a social problem and gets lots of con-cern.In order to explore the mechanism and seek treatment method of osteoporosis , researchers need not only a mature model of osteoporosis , but also correct and comprehensive evaluating indexes .In this paper , a variety of evaluating inde-xes and their advantages and disadvantages are reviewed .
