关节镜辅助下治疗胫骨平台骨折65例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜辅助下胫骨平台骨折复位固定的临床疗效。方法选择2007年1月-2012年1月在喀什地区第一人民医院骨科住院的胫骨平台骨折患者65例，在关节镜辅助下行胫骨平台骨折复位固定手术，对疗效进行Lysholm-Tegner评分。结果随访时间4～16个月，平均15个月，骨折均愈合，未出现骨折移位、塌陷。Lysholm-Tegner膝关节功能评分：优57例，良7例，中1例，优良率为98．46％。结论关节镜辅助下治疗胫骨平台骨折是一种较好的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of monitoring of arthroscopic. Methods 65 cases of tibial plateau tibial plateau fracture fixation under the fractures were internally fixed under the ar throscopie from January 2007 to January 2012. The fractures were all healed without complications. The reduction and fixation were satisfactory. Results All patients were followed--up for 4--16 months, with an average of 15 months. The treatment efficacy of tibial plateau fractures was evaluated according to Ly- sholm--Tegner score of knees function. 57 patients were excellent, 7 were good and 1 medium. The rate of excellent and good results was 98.46%. Conclusion The arthroscopic--assisted treatment of tibial plateau fractures is a better method of treatment.
