咪达唑仑与亚低温联合治疗重症病毒性脑炎患儿的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床中重症病毒性脑炎患儿应用咪达唑仑与亚低温联合治疗的临床疗效及治疗安全性,为临床资料提供参考依据。方法选取2010年1月-2012年12月收治的49例重症病毒性脑炎患儿为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,对照组25例患儿给予常规治疗,研究组24例患儿在常规治疗基础上加用咪达唑仑与亚低温疗法联合治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果,数据采用SPSS19.0进行分析。结果临床治疗总有效率研究组为95.8%,对照组为68.0%;不良反应发生率研究组为6.0%,对照组为48.9%;研究组体温恢复正常时间、惊厥消失时间、肢体瘫痪恢复时间和昏迷恢复时间均少于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症病毒性脑炎患儿应用咪达唑仑与亚低温疗法联合治疗效果显著,有效缓解患儿临床症状,不良反应少,治疗安全性高,值得临床中应用与推广。OBJECTIVE To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of Midazolam in combination with mild hypother-mia therapy for treatment of children with severe viral encephalitis and provide reference for clinical data . METHODS A total of 49 children with severe viral encephalitis admitted during Jan .2010-Dec .2012 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into study group and control group using the random number table .Twen-ty-five children in control group received conventional treatment ,while 24 children in study group received Mid-azolam in combination with mild hypothermia therapy on the basis of conventional therapy .The two groups were observed for clinical effect .Data were analyzed using SPSS 19 .0 .RESULTS The total effective rate was 95 .8% in study group and 68 .0% in control group .The rate of adverse reactions was 6 .0% in study group ,48 .9% in control group .The time to normal body temperature ,disappearance time of convulsion ,recovery time of limb paralysis and coma in study group were all less than in control group ,the difference was significant （P＆lt;0 .05） . CONCLUSION The application of Midazolam combining with mild hypothermia therapy for children with severe viral encephalitis has significant efficacy ,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms in children with few adverse reactions and high treatment safety .This treatment is worthy of clinical application and promotion .
