摘　　要：目的了解目前医院输血科存在的生物安全、医院感染隐患和亟待整改的弊病,制定切实可行的管理条例与预防控制对策,尽量杜绝以输血科为源头所引发的生物安全事故和医院感染。方法从规章制度的贯彻落实、输血科的设计与布局、工作区域的划分与标识、安全设施的设备与配置、工作人员的继续教育、医院感染意识认知、卫生习惯规范与否、洗手依从性的执行现状等多方面进行深入调查,总结医院输血科存在的生物安全和医院感染隐患,从细节入手,制定各个环节的管理、防控措施等,特别要以人为本,招聘新职工时引进高学历人才,同时提高原有的工作人员学历、职称结构,以适应现代输血专业的需要,规范实验操作,提高输血技术水平。结果医院输血科在生物安全和医院感染管理方面存在着很多弊端和薄弱环节:如医院感染管理制度不够完善,生物安全条例执行力不够、工作人员医院感染认知模糊滞后、工作区域布局不规范、污染分区不够明晰、洗手依从性未整体达标、医疗废弃物管理力度不足等。结论输血科务必建立健全规范的生物安全管理条例和医院感染管理制度,加强行政管理和制度的执行力,切实杜绝血源性医院感染,确保受血者输血安全。OBJECTIVE To investigate the biosafety and potential risks of nosocomial infection in the department of blood transfusion nowadays and establish practicable regulations and preventive countermeasures to avoid biosafety events and nosocomial infection originated from the department of blood transfusion as far as possible .METHODS Several aspects were investigated including management system ,laboratory design and layout ,zoning and identif-ying of working area ,equipment and configuration of biosafety facility ,personnel＆#39;s continuing education ,person-nel＆#39;s consciousness of nosocomial infections ,hygienic habit and compliance of washing hands .The existing risks for biosecurity and nosocomial infection in the department of blood transfusion were summarized .The measures for regulation ,prevention and control for each working link were established at details .Particularly based on the people-oriented principle ,highly educated talents were recruited meanwhile the education degree and the title structure of the original staff were improved to meet the needs of modern professional blood transfusion ,standard-ize the experimental operation and improve the level of blood transfusion technology .RESULTS The department of blood transfusion had several shortages and weak links in management of biosafety and nosocomial infection ,such as inperfect management system ,weak execution of biosafety regulations ,personnel′s insufficient and hysteretic consciousness of nosocomial infection ,unscientific laboratory layout ,nonstandard zoning of pollution ,substandard compliance of washing hands , inadequate management of medical garbage disposal , etc . CONCLUSION The department of blood transfusion should establish and perfect the normalized management system of nosocomial infection ,enhance execution of administrative management and regulations and cut off hematogenous nosocomial infection to ensure transfusion safety of blood receptors .
