摘　　要：陈独秀是中国近现代史上叱咤风云的一位杰出政治家、思想家和开拓者,"五四"以后,他以马克思主义为指导,提出和初步解决了中国社会主义经济学的一系列基本问题,为社会主义经济学在中国的确立和发展作出了开拓性的贡献。陈独秀的社会主义经济学,是一个集指导思想、基础理论和研究方法于一体的科学体系。其经济思想在当时历史时期发挥过积极推动作用,对今天我们正在进行的改革和中国特色社会主义现代化建设的创新也具有重要的启示。Chen Duxiu was a distinguished politician, thinker and pioneer in modem and contemporary Chinese history. After the ＂May 4th＂ Movement, he regarded Marxism as the guiding ideology, put forward and partly solved a series of fundamental issues of socialist economics of China, which made a pioneering contribution to the establishment and development of socialist eeonomies in China. The socialist economics of Chen Duxiu is a scientific system of guidelines, essential theory and research method all in one. His economic idea played a positive role in history. And it also has a great impact on the reform and innovation of today＇s construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
