丹参黄芪对实验大鼠腹膜透析效能及腹膜超微结构的急性影响

摘　　要：观察丹参、黄芪对腹膜透析效能及腹膜超微结构的影响。方法 :通过模拟腹膜透析的动物实验 ,观察中药对腹膜透析效能的急性影响 ,并应用扫描电镜观察腹膜超微结构的变化。大鼠分单纯透析液组、丹参组、黄芪组和正常对照组。结果 :丹参组、黄芪组净超滤量较单纯透析液组显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;各组腹膜清除率、透析液中蛋白质含量比较 ,均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :丹参、黄芪能有效提高净超滤量 ;丹参。Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbs savia miltiorrhiza bunge(SM),astragalus membranceus (AM) on the peritoneal dialysis efficacy and peritoneal ultrastrure.Methods:Using simulated experiment of peritoneal dialysis and investigating the acute changes of the peritoneal dialysis efficacy and the peritoneal ultrastructure by scanning electron microscopy.Rat were divided into four groups as follows:normal controls group、single dialysis group、SM group、AM group.Results:Net UF of SM、AM group was significantly increased compared with single dialysate group(P<0.001～0.05,repectively).Peritoneal clearance of SM、AM group wasn't higher than that of single dialysate group (P>0.05).The total protein concertration of dialysate drainage of SM、AM group was not significantly changed comparing with single dialysate group.The injury degree of peritoneal mesothelial cell layer in SM、AM group was slighter than in single dialysate group.Conclusions:SM、AM could enhance the peritoneal dialysis Net UF and relieve the injury caused by hyperosmatic dialysate.
