化疗联合乌体林斯治疗复治性肺结核30例短期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :观察和分析乌体林斯在复治性肺结核治疗中疗效 ,促进结核病早期愈合。方法 :采用随机分组法 ,将 6 0例复治性肺结核分为乌体林斯治疗组 (A组 30例 )和对照组 (B组 30例 ) ,A组HLZE +乌体林斯治疗 3个月 ,B组HLZE治疗 3个月。结果 :治疗 3个月后 ,A组痰涂片阳转阴率 5 3% ,痰菌培养阳转阴率 5 6 % ,B组痰涂片阳转阴率 2 1% ,痰菌培养阳性阴率 17% ,痰菌转阴率A组显著高于B组。 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,A组X线病灶吸收率 6 0 % ,B组病灶吸收率 30 % ,A组显著高于B组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :乌体林斯能增强复治性肺结核患者抗痨药物的效果 ,有助于痰菌阴转 ,病灶吸收好转 。Objective:To observe the effect of Utilin's injection on recurrant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:60 cases of recurrant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly devided into groups.Group A (30 cases) was treated with HLZE and Utiln's injection for three months.Group B (30 cases) was treated only with HLZE for three months.Results:After three months of treatment.the rate of turning-to-negative of sputum smean in group A was 53%,and the rate of turning-to-negative bacterial culture of sputum is 56%,which in group B is 21% and 17%.The absorbptional rate of X-ray lesion in group A is 60%,Which in group B is 30%.All that in group A is obviously higher than in group B.Conclusions:Utilin's injection can increas the effect of antitubercalosis therapy on recurrant pulmonary tuberculosis,and is helpful to the rate of turning-to-negative of sputum bacterium,and the absorbption of X-ray lesion.It's effect is obviosly supperior to the single antieuberculosis therapy.
