玉屏风散对甲低阳虚兔模型胰岛功能的影响  

Effect of Yu Ping Feng San on the Pancreatic Insula Function of "Yang-deficiency" Hypothroid Rabbit Models

摘　　要：本工作通过葡萄糖激发胰岛素释放试验(GSIRT),观察了玉屏风散对甲低阳虚兔模型胰岛功能的影响。实验表明,行甲状腺切除术后21天,模型兔GSIRT峰时延迟,峰值低平(P<0.05);灌服玉屏风散煎剂则GSIRT峰值与对照兔相比差异不显著(P<0.05),且峰时并不延迟;胰岛素曲线下面积(mu·min/L)对照兔平均为1569.13,模型兔平均为1262.88,而灌服中药兔平均为1635.13。提示甲低阳虚兔模型胰岛β细胞反应差,储备功能低下,玉屏风散对此具有一定的调整作用。实验结果为探讨玉屏风散纠正甲低阳虚动物体温异常,维持体温稳态的作用机理提供了线索。In order to research the mechanism of regulative effect of Yu Ping Feng San (YPFS, medicinal powder for spontaneous perspiration due to superficiesdeficiency) on body temperature of 'yang-deficiency' hypothyroid rabbit models, the glucose stimulating insulin release test(OSIRT)was done in three groups of experimental rabbits on the twenty-first day after operation. Group I were totally thyroidectomised rabbits(n=6), Group Ⅱ, totally thyroidectomised rabbits treated with YPFS (n=6) and Group Ⅲ, control rabbits (n=6). It was found that the peak value was significantly lower than that in Grop Ⅲ (p<0.05), while the difference of peak value between Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ was not Significant(p>0.05). The mean area under insulin tolerance curve of Groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 1282.83±539.79, 1665.13±518.79 and 1569.13±170.37 ((?)±SDμu.min/ml) respectively. These results indicated that the cells of islets in 'yaug-deficiency' hypothyroid rabbit model revealed a low response and decreased storage of insulin, and these functional disorders may be ameliorated by YPFS.
