摘 要:目的 :比较单次激发磁共振胰胆管成像 (SSMRCP)和常规磁共振胰胆管造影 (OMRCP) ,评价SSMRCP的临床应用价值。材料与方法 :81例梗阻性黄疸、1例胆管 空肠吻合术后及 6 1例无黄疸患者行OMRCP、SSMRCP单层及多层扫描 ,比较两种技术诊断的准确性。结果 :三个序列均能显示胆管病变部位、疾病特征、近侧扩张胆管以及远侧正常胰胆管 ;显示扩张胆管直径三个序列间没有显著性差异 ;SSMRCP多层显示胆管病变细节较好 ,而SSMRCP单层显示胰管则明显优于另两种方法。结论 :SSMRCP可代替OMRCP ,准确地、更快速地诊断胆管系统疾病 。Purpose: To compare single shot MR cholangiopancreatography (SSMRCP) with ordinary MR cholangiopancreatography (OMRCP) and assess the clinical application value of single shot MR cholangiopancreatography. Materials and Methods: 81 cases with biliary obstructive diseases, 1 case after biliary jejunum anastomose operation and 61 cases without obstructive jaundice were examined by OMRCP, SSMRCP (single slice and multi slices). The accuracy of the two kinds of technique were compared. Results: OMRCP, single slice and multi slices SSMRCP had the same sensitivity and specificity on showing the site and feature of the diseases, the proximal dilated biliarys and distant normal cholangiopancreatic ducts. The diameter of dilated bile ducts at the same level were compared and 3 methods had no significant difference. On showing the details of the biliary diseases, multi slices SSMRCP was better. But single slice SSMRCP was more sensitive on showing pancreatic duct. Conclusion: Ordinary MRCP can be replaced by SSMRCP. Compared with the former, the later can achieve the same or even super image quality, and diagnose the bile duct diseases more rapidly. The normal pancreatic duct can be shown better by SSMRCP.
