摘　　要：目的：探讨低温等离子下鼻甲消融术的疗效。方法慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者128例于术前及术后6个月应用视觉模拟量表（visual analog scale,Vas）评价患者的主观症状。结果128例患者在术后6个月主观症状 Vas 评分较术前均有显著差异。结论低温等离子下鼻甲消融能有效治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎。Objective to observe the curative effect of turbinate under low temperature plasma ablation. Methods Using visual analog scale （visual analog scale, Vas） to evaluate the subjective symptoms of 128 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis in preoperative and postoperative 6 months . Results 6 months after surgery, the subjective symptoms of 128 patients were significantly difference compared with preoperative Vas score. Conclusion turbinate under low temperature plasma ablation is effective for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
