摘  要:对 61例儿童支气管哮喘发作期冷热哮证患者及 3 0例正常儿童的血清 Ig E、白细胞介素 -4 (IL-4 )、皮质醇、血小板表面α颗粒膜蛋白 (α-GMP-1 4 0 )进行测定 ,并进行比较 ,结果表明儿童支气管哮喘发作期冷热哮证患者血清 Ig E、白细胞介素 -4、血小板表面 α颗粒膜蛋白的含量较正常组明显增高 ,血皮质醇显著降低。冷哮证与热哮证比较 ,冷哮证血清 Ig E、α-GMP-1 4 0含量较热哮证显著升高 ,血皮质醇较热哮证显著降低。冷热哮证IL-4比较无统计学差异。提示儿童哮喘发作期冷、热哮证的微观机制与 Ig E、血皮质醇及α-GMP-1 4 0有密切关系。The contents of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin-4(IL-4),cortisol,and small granule membrane protein of platelet(α-GMP-140)in 61 cases of cold  heat type of the attack stage of child asthma were tested,and compared with 30 normal subjects.The results showed that the contents of IgE,IL-4,α-GMP-140 were obviously increased while cortisol decreased in observation group.Comparison between cold and heat type,the contents of IgE,α-GMP-140 more obviously increased and cortisol obviously decreased in the former one than that of the latter one,and the contents of IL-4 showed no statistical difference between the two types.It indicates that the micro-mechanisms of cold  heat type of the attack stage of child asthma are closely related to the contents of IgE,cortisol and α-GMP-140.
