摘　　要：目的:研究镇静治疗对有吸毒史合并睡眠障碍的高血压病患者的疗效。方法:选有吸毒史的高血压病患者120人,随机分为常规降压药加镇静药物治疗组,常规降压药物加安慰片组和常规降压治疗组各40人,观察用药前后收缩压(IDBP)、舒张压(SBP)变化和目标血压达标率。并用睡眠障碍评定量表中匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)对三组患者睡眠质量进行评分,观察治疗前后分值变化。结果:镇静治疗对改善有吸毒史的高血压患者的睡眠障碍有明显效果,随着患者睡眠的改善,其DBP和SBP有明显的下降,目标血压达标率显著提高,降压的时间明显缩短。结论:为使血压稳定有效地控制在达标范围,对有吸毒史合并睡眠障碍的高血压患者可给予适当的镇静治疗,有助于血压控制。Objective： TO study the effect of sedation on the history of drug use in patients with hypertension. Conclusion： To make the blood pressure stable and effec- tively control in the standard range of hypertensive patients, drug use history associated with sleep disorders can be given appropriate sedation therapy, Helps control blood pressure
