摘　　要：目的　为了了解合肥市老年人口的健康状况、慢性病患病情况及老年人对家庭护理服务的需求。方法　采用随机抽样的方法调查 １０２１例患者。结果老年慢性病的患病率相当高，对家庭护理服务有不同层次的需求。结论　努力推行社区卫生服务是必要的。Objective To understand senile people's physical conditions in Hefei and the circumstances suffering from chronic diseases, then understanding their necessity for family nursing service. Methods Making research on 1021 patients by random sampling. Results The rate of senile chronic diseases is rather high, the family nursing service is required on different levels. Conclusion Making great efforts to carry on the community nursing service is necessary.
