摘　　要：图书馆的馆藏资源已由单一的纸制文献向多元化、数字化馆藏资源发展,建立数字化教学信息资源库,方便读者获取信息化教学资源势在必行。本文阐述了教学参考信息系统建设的意义,讨论了教学参考信息系统的功能设置及其未来建设和发展的思路。Library holding resources are changing from simple printed literature to multiple and digital resources, it is thus imperative to develop digital teaching information resources system in order to let readers access to teach-ing information resources .The importance to construct teaching reference and information system was elaborated with ideas put forward on its functions and future development .
