摘　　要：基于少数民族文献的特点,概述了少数民族文献的编目,指出了少数民族文献编目员应具备的基本素质和特殊技能,探讨了图书馆编目员素质和技能的培养。The cataloguing of documents of minority nationalities was outlined according to their nature, the literacy and special skills of their cataloguers were pointed out, and the training of their literacy and special skills was elabo-rated.
