摘　　要：介绍台湾食药用菌保养品养生产业的发展,并以本研究室建立细胞模式的体外试验筛选评估技术平台为例,探讨白木耳和黑木耳等胶质菇材料对皮肤健康的可能效用,提供可快速进行分析,且能提供进一步的动物测试及临床人体试验使用于皮肤的功效及其作用机制的参考依据。The cosmetics made from edible and medicinal mushroom in Taiwan is introduced. A technical interface to screen the function of those materials, for instance Tremella spp. and Auricularia polytricha, on the potential of cosmetics has been established by living cell experiments. The screening methods can offer the further study the activity and mechanism on skin by pre-clinic and clinic trials.
