加强我国城市社区管理创新的再思考

摘　　要：加强城市社区管理创新是当前一项重要的研究课题。在新型城镇化快速推进的过程中,社区管理创新依然存在一系列不足的地方。文章在梳理了改革开放以来我国城市社区发展的历程和当前我国城市社区管理创新实践,指出在未来推进城市社区管理过程中,必须进行再思考,做到把握社区管理创新的核心是服务,理顺社区结构运行关系,提高社区管理参与的社会化程度,加强社区管理创新的制度化建设。Strengthening the urban community management innovation currently becomes an important research topic. In the process of new type of rapid advance of urbanization,the community management innovation still exists a series of shortage. Based on the history of the urban community development in China since the reform and opening up and the typical examples of China’s urban community management innovation practice,the paper points out in the process of promoting urban community management,we must rethink it,grasp the community management innovation is the core of service, organize the relationship of community structure operation,improve the socialization of participation in community management,and strengthen the institutional construction of community management innovation.
