摘　　要：近年来,国际恐怖分子的重点袭击对象转向软目标,以致针对酒店、购物中心和学校等的恐怖袭击事件频频发生。"软目标"代表恐怖组织所憎恨的打击对象,对其实施恐怖袭击可造成巨大轰动效应和心理冲击。同时,袭击软目标也反映了恐怖组织的实力在下降。近年世界各国不断强化对软目标的保护,其措施有不少可圈可点之处。Soft targets have been the main targets of international terrorist attacks in recent years. Terrorist attacks on hotels,malls and schools have become increasingly frequent. 'Soft targets'represent those hated by terrorist groups. The attacks on soft targets can also cause sensational effect and psychological impacts. Furthermore,aiming at soft targets reflects the decline of terrorist groups. Many countries in the world have been strengthening protections of soft targets and their measures are worth learning.
