左金丸抗溃疡及抑制胃液分泌的实验研究

摘　　要：动物药理实验结果表明左金丸水提液能促使实验性大白鼠胃小弯溃疡的愈合,愈合率93.33%,明显高于雷尼替丁(P<0.05)及生理盐水(P<0.005)对照组。在幽门结扎术大白鼠左金丸明显抑制胃液分泌,与雷尼替丁和生理盐水比较,其差异有非常显著性(P<0.05及P<0.001).在胃窦移植于结肠术大白鼠获得类似结果,这可能是其抗溃疡作用机理之一。Pharmacological study showed that the water extract of Zuo Jin Wan promoted the healing of ulcer in lesser curvature of rat's stomach. The healing rate was 93.33% and obviously higher than those of the control groups treated with Ranitidine (P<0.05) and normal saline (P<0.005). The extract also inhibited the gastric secretion, and its effect was better than those of Ranitidine (P<0.05) and normal saline (P<0.00l). Similar results were obtained in the rats with gastric antra transplanted to the colon. The results suggest that inhibiting gastric secretion may be one of the peptic ulcer healing mechanisms of Zuo Jin Wan.
