创新驱动下物流企业的经营战略模式研究

摘　　要：在创新驱动下,物流企业信息化的发展即将迎来新一轮变革。物流企业具有较强的特殊性,既能贯穿一个完整的产业链,又可以在其增值服务中为客户以及战略提供增值空间。本文主要针对创新驱动引导下物流企业的经营战略模式进行研究,通过系统分析国内外理论界关于经营战略的核心要素,提炼出物流企业经营战略模式的影响要因,为物流企业的经营战略模式创新提供借鉴。Driven by innovation, the development of information technology in logistics enterpri- ses will usher in a new round of changes. Logistics enterprises are strong specificity that they are through a complete industrial chain and can provide added value for our customers and strategic space in its value-added services. Under the innovation drive, this paper mainly studied logistics en- terprises＇ business strategy model, through systematic analysis of the core elements of the theoretical circles, and then refined the management strategy models, providing logistics enterprises＇ refer- ence.
