摘 要:为给小麦高产育种及生产提供理论依据,以河南省小麦品种9次更新换代中的11个代表性品种为供试材料,用Logistic方程拟合籽粒灌浆进程,通过相关分析和通径分析对不同年代小麦品种籽粒灌浆特性进行了研究。结果表明:河南省小麦品种9次更新换代过程中,小麦千粒重呈逐渐增加的趋势,最大达53.64g(豫麦54);随着小麦品种的更新换代,平均灌浆速率(R)增加,灌浆持续时间(T)延长,籽粒干物质积累也呈增加的趋势。快增期的灌浆速率(R2)及灌浆持续时间(T2)与成熟时的理论千粒重(Y)呈正相关;品种更替过程中,不同灌浆参数对千粒重作用的大小依次为:R>T>T2>R2。因此,在河南省生态条件下,较快的平均灌浆速率和快增期灌浆速率是小麦高产育种的重要选择指标。In order to provid a theoretical basis for the breeding and production of wheat, 11 representative wheat varieties from different ages in Henan province were selected to study the grain filling characteristics by the methods of Logistic equation, correlation and path analysis. The results showed that 1 000-grain weight presented an increasing trend in the nine times of wheat variety upgrading in Henan province, Yumai 54 being the largest and reaching to 53.64 g. The average filling rate(R),filling duration(T) and grain dry matter accumulation all exhibited the growing trends with the upgrading of wheat varieties. The filling rate(R2 ) and duration(T2 ) in fast increasing period were positively correlated with the theoretical grain weight at maturity(Y) the effect of different filling parameters on grain weight was R〉 T〉 T~ 〉R2. The high filling rates in average and in fast increasing period were the important selection indexes for high-yield breeding under the ecological condition of Henan province.
