摘  要:以9种木兰科植物为试材,通过人工和自然低温(O、-4℃)处理,测定其相对电导率、可溶性糖含量等生理指标,进行抗寒能力分析。结果表明,从0℃降至-4℃时,9种木兰科植物相对电导率、MDA、游离脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量升高;自然0℃相对于人工条件下,相对电导率和可溶性糖含量变化幅度较大,分别为32.899/6~138.91%、-5.289/6~35.489/6,而可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量变化幅度较小,分别为-3.04%~3.75%、-3.41%~3.54%;-4℃时,每个生理指标的变化幅度与0。C相似。综合表明,广玉兰、狭叶广玉兰的抗寒能力较强;可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量可以作为人工低温代替自然低温进行木兰科植物抗寒性测定的生理指标。The cold resistance of nine Magnoliaceae plants was analyzed through the determination of relative electrical conductivity, soluble sugar content and so on under artificial and natural low temperature(0 ℃-4 ℃)conditions. The results showed that relative conductivity, MDA, free proline and soluble sugar content of nine magnoliaceae plants increased under -4 ℃ compared to that under 0 ~C. Under natural 0 ~C, the change range of relative electric conductivity and soluble sugar content was 32.89 %--138.91% and --5.28%- 35.48% compared to that under artificial 0 ℃,soluble protein and free proline content was - 3.04% - 3.75% and - 3.41% - 3.54% compared to that under artificial 0 ℃, respectively; under -4 ℃, the change range of every physiological indexes was similar to that under 0℃. In conclusion, the cold resistance of Magnolia grandiflora Linn. and Magnolia grandiflora L. var. lanceolata Ait was relativelystrong;soluble protein and free proline content could be used as physiological indexes for cold resistance measurement under the artificial low temperature instead of natural low temperature.
